BosbaPANH: Music

Bosba sings in Khmer and French this famous love song. Composed in 1946 by Edith Piaf, a French singer, whose life symbolizes both resilience in the face of adversity and the triumph of talent and love. La vie en rose also invokes the elegant and tranquil world of Phnom Penh of the 1960s which is hailed as the Paris of the East. Bosba is performing here at Topaz Restaurant (June 2009) to raise fund for the family of Em Theay who lost their house in a fire.
